Our 100% grass fed beef will range in age from 16 to 18 months of age at time or processing. Our grass fed beef is locally processed at a USDA processing plant.

The cost of the Locker Beef is determined by the hanging weight of the dressed carcass.

The carcass will dry age for two weeks before cutting and wrapping. Dry aging promotes the tenderness of the meat. During the dry aging, the carcass will shrink approximately 25 to 30%.

1/3 Ground Beef in 1 lb. package

1/3 Steaks cut 1 in thick 2 per package

1/3 Roasts 3 to 4 lbs each 1 per package

Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Soup and Dog Bones
  • Whole or Half Beef can be customer cut to your liking.
  • Quarter Beef will be standard cut.
  • Normal processing time will be 3-4 weeks upon confirmed order.
  • Your order of beef will be boxed for your pick up.
  • Price per pound includes: processing, cutting, wrapping and boxing.
  • Currently Locker Beef is priced at $3.30 per pound.
